Terms of Service
Please read these terms before uploading photos or placing an order.
Effective November 5, 20261. The service
58th Floor AI is an independent AI video creation service. You provide two photos and optional written direction; our service uses an AI provider to create a short, personalized performance video. The result is synthetic media. We are not affiliated with COLORS, Anderson .Paak, Cordae, or their representatives.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding purchase. You must provide accurate order and contact information. We may refuse or cancel requests that violate these terms, applicable law, or a provider’s safety rules.
3. Your photos and permissions
Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. You must have permission from every identifiable person shown to use their likeness in an AI-generated video and to submit their photo to our processing providers. Do not upload intimate images, images of minors, or another person’s photo without the required permission. You retain your rights in your uploaded material and grant us a limited license to process it only to provide, maintain, and support the requested service.
4. Prohibited uses
Do not use the service for pornography or other sexual content; graphic violence or gore; hate speech; child-unsafe content or exploitation; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; or copyright or trademark infringement. Do not fabricate endorsements or real events, harass anyone, or evade content and payment safeguards. Do not submit third-party footage, music, or other protected material unless you have the rights required for that use. You are responsible for how you share and use your output, including labeling it as AI-generated where required. Report suspected violations to our support address below. We may reject an order, remove access to a result, or suspend access where reasonably needed to address a violation.
5. Price, payment, and delivery
The current price and what is included are shown on our Pricing page and again before you confirm payment. Purchases are one-time, in USD; there is no subscription or recurring charge. You can leave checkout before paying without placing an order. Once a paid generation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible; our refund policy explains when a refund is available. Waffo.com Limited acts as the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout and handles payment, applicable tax calculation, and payment-related support. After successful payment, we start generation and show progress and the result on your order page. Generation time varies. Save your finished video promptly because provider download links may expire.
6. AI results and rights
Videos are generated with ByteDance Seedance 2.5 through Kie.ai. AI output can differ from the sample and your photos. We do not promise an exact likeness, outfit, camera sequence, soundtrack, or lip sync. You may use a delivered output for lawful personal purposes, subject to any rights held by third parties in underlying material. We cannot grant rights in music, performances, trademarks, or likenesses that we do not own. Obtain any permissions needed before commercial publication or redistribution.
7. Problems and refunds
If a paid generation fails and we cannot deliver a usable video, contact us with your order ID so we can investigate and arrange a refund through the checkout provider. For other concerns, see our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Availability and liability
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, AI provider limitations, or safety review. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome. We are not responsible for losses caused by use of material you lacked permission to submit. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful.
9. Changes and contact
