• Photos you upload, optional written direction, and the generated video.
• Your email address, template choice, order ID, payment status, and support messages.
• Basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, and server logs.

We do not ask you to enter card details on our site. Payment details are entered at Waffo’s checkout.

3. How we use information

We use submitted data to prepare checkout, verify payment, create and deliver the requested video, respond to support and refund requests, protect against abuse, and meet legal obligations. Photos and the resulting video may contain biometric or other sensitive personal information, so upload only photos you are permitted to use.

4. Providers and transfers

We upload your photos to Kie.ai before sending you to checkout, so they can be used for generation if you pay. We then send your optional direction and generation instructions to Kie.ai and its model providers to produce the video. Waffo receives the order and checkout information needed to process payment. Our hosting, database, and monitoring providers process the data needed to operate the site. These providers may process data in countries other than yours. We share data only for these service purposes, legal compliance, or with your direction.

5. Storage and access

We keep order records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal needs. Photo links remain in a pending order record before payment and are removed after generation completes or fails. Copies held by generation providers may remain under their own retention practices. Generated video links may expire; download your result promptly. Anyone with your order-page link may be able to view order status or the result, so keep that link private. We cannot guarantee deletion of a copy you have already shared or downloaded.

6. Cookies and security

We use essential technical storage and cookies needed for site operation and security. Administrative sign-in may use authentication cookies. Our payment provider may use its own checkout cookies under its policy. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we control, or object to certain processing, by emailing us with your order ID. Some records may need to be retained for payment, legal, or security reasons. Rights depend on your location. If you supplied someone else’s photo, please tell them about this processing and obtain the necessary permission before uploading.
